Site Support & Maintenance

S3I offers a standard warranty of 1 year on parts and 90 days on labor for all of our installations. We also offer extended warranties that include an additional 1 year on parts and 1 year on labor. We strongly suggest that all our customers enroll in a full-service Maintenance Agreement to fully benefit from our expert maintenance and support. Our Maintenance Agreement ensures that your investment will be protected, downtime will be minimal, and repairs will be completed by knowledgeable and qualified technicians. Customers can track their building reports, equipment, warranties, and progress through our innovative Customer Portal.
